Winter Weather Advisory issued February 22 at 3:52AM EST until February 24 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
