Flash Flood Warning issued February 21 at 9:04PM HST until February 21 at 11:00PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

At 904 PM HST, radar indicated continued heavy rain over Hana and
surrounding areas. Rain was falling at a rate of 2 to 4 inches per
hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads,
properties, and other low-lying areas. Public road
closures possible in some areas. Landslides are possible
in steep terrain.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Hana, Kipahulu and Hamoa.

Stay away from streams, rivers, drainage ditches, and culverts.
