Winter Weather Advisory issued February 21 at 7:11PM EST until February 24 at 1:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches.
* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 AM Sunday to 1 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
