Description
Spring Grove Borough is declaring a snow emergency effective Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 6:00 AM until Monday, February 23, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
All vehicles must be removed from Borough streets or they will be towed at the owner's expense. Parking is available at the top of North East St(admin building), River Rock Academy, the church parking lot at the end of South East and Church St, and the VFW parking lot.
Reminder to residents that sidewalks must be cleared within 24 hours.
