Flood Watch issued February 21 at 8:46AM EST until February 21 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of western Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Armstrong, Butler and Clarion.
The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire
at 9 AM EST this morning.
