Winter Storm Watch issued February 21 at 3:03AM EST until February 23 at 6:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations over 7 inches
possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Litchfield county in Connecticut, Berkshire county in
Massachusetts, and Western Greene, Western Ulster, Eastern
Columbia, and Eastern Dutchess counties in New York.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow showers continue this morning, but
additional snowfall amounts are less than a half of an inch.
Blowing and drifting snow could occur Monday morning as wind gusts
increase to cause a quick reduction in visibility.

driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
