Flood Watch issued February 21 at 2:05AM EST until February 21 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
An ice jam may cause water to infiltrate the lowlands along the
river.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by ice jams continues to be possible.
* WHERE...A portion of western Pennsylvania, including the following
counties, Armstrong, Butler and Clarion.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Ice jams may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
