Flood Watch issued February 20 at 6:10PM EST until February 21 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
An ice jam may cause water to infiltrate the lowlands along the
river.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by ice jams is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Forest, Jefferson, Venango, Fayette, Westmoreland, Lawrence,
Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, and Indiana counties.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Ice jams may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood prone locations.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
