Flood Watch issued February 20 at 2:55PM EST until February 21 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Flooding caused by ice jams is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania, including
the following areas, in northwest Pennsylvania, Jefferson PA and
Venango. In western Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Butler and Clarion.
* WHEN...Through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Ice jams may result in flooding of rivers, creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood prone locations.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
