Red Flag Warning issued February 20 at 12:23PM CST until February 21 at 9:00PM CST by NWS Austin/San Antonio TX

...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS EXPECTED SATURDAY...

.Breezy north winds and dry air behind a Pacific front will bring
critical fire weather conditions during Saturday across much of
South Central Texas.

The National Weather Service in Austin/San Antonio has issued a
Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 10 AM to 9 PM CST Saturday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Most of South Central Texas.

* TIMING...From 10 AM to 9 PM CST Saturday.

* WINDS...North 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
