Dense Fog Advisory issued February 18 at 8:20PM EST until February 19 at 9:00AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...In New York, Chemung and Steuben Counties. In
Pennsylvania, Bradford, Luzerne, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
