Description
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Wesleyville will consider for adoption Ordinance No. 2026-002 at its meeting to be held on February 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Borough Hall, 3421 Buffalo Road, Wesleyville, Pennsylvania.
The proposed ordinance establishes a Blight Property Review Committee (BPRC) consisting of five (5) members. The BPRC will review select properties within the Borough and, where appropriate, recommend designation of properties as blighted to support enforcement, remediation, and coordination with regional partners.
A copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at the Borough Office, 3421 Buffalo Road, during regular business hours (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). A copy may also be obtained by calling (814) 899-9124, and an electronic copy can be provided upon request.
All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting.
