Flood Watch issued February 8 at 2:23PM HST until February 9 at 6:00PM HST by NWS Honolulu HI

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR ALL HAWAIIAN ISLANDS THROUGH MONDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by periods of excessive rainfall and
terrain anchoring storms will continue.

* WHERE...All Hawaiian islands.

* WHEN...Through Monday at 6PM HST.

* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads and other low lying areas may be
closed due to elevated runoff and overflowing streams. Urban areas
may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to
rapid runoff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A rich supply of tropical moisture and instability associated
with a cold upper level low will support deep trade wind
showers capable of producing heavy rainfall. Flash flooding
will be a particular threat over windward areas and where
training of trade wind showers occurs.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
