Extreme Cold Warning issued February 8 at 12:46PM EST until February 8 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Albany NY
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwestern Connecticut, western
Massachusetts, and east central and eastern New York.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
