Extreme Cold Warning issued February 8 at 12:33PM EST until February 8 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 25 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
