Extreme Cold Warning issued February 8 at 9:57AM EST until February 8 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY
Apparent temperatures have climbed to levels where dangerously cold
wind chills have improved, but precautions still need to be taken if
you plan to have any outdoor activity. Given some improvement, the
Extreme Cold Warning will be allowed to expire.
