Extreme Cold Warning issued February 7 at 5:53AM EST until February 8 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go
outside.
