Description
Please be advised that the Borough of Wesleyville is undertaking a zoning reform, and a public hearing will be held on February 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Borough Hall to discuss the proposed changes. Residents are encouraged to review the provided materials and share feedback in person at the hearing, in writing, online through the form on the Borough’s website, or by calling and speaking with the office.
The goal of this reform is to adopt a simple, effective zoning ordinance that protects neighboring properties while also encouraging continued and responsible development.
This effort seeks to reduce overly restrictive local regulations that have hampered development and to realign the Borough’s zoning rules with those that guided its early years and the 1950s—a period when Wesleyville was able to grow while maintaining its character.
