Cold Weather Advisory issued January 31 at 4:32AM EST until February 1 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 17 below expected tonight
into Sunday. Wind chills this morning will be between zero and 5
below.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 17 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
