Cold Weather Advisory issued January 30 at 12:37PM EST until January 31 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills 10 to 19 degrees below zero expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero could
result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dangerously cold wind chills are possible
again Saturday night into Sunday morning. Additional Cold Weather
Advisories may be needed.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
