Extreme Cold Warning issued January 30 at 12:33PM EST until January 31 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 22 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west
central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make sure outdoor animals
have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
