Cold Weather Advisory issued January 30 at 10:37AM EST until January 31 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and
the far northern panhandle of West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
