Location: Ohio Avenue (and surrounding impacted areas)
The City of Lake Helen has issued a Precautionary Boil Water Notice (BWN) for residents and businesses impacted by a water main break on Ohio Avenue.
Public Works crews are currently assessing the damage and working to address the issue as quickly and safely as possible.
Until further notice, affected residents and businesses are advised to:
Bring all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, and washing dishes to a rolling boil for at least one (1) minute before use,
OR
Use bottled water for these purposes.
The City of Lake Helen appreciates your patience and cooperation while this matter is resolved. Additional updates will be provided as information becomes available.
