Cold Weather Advisory issued January 29 at 12:15PM EST until January 30 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills 10 to 19 degrees below zero expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills may drop to dangerous levels
again Friday Night and Saturday Night. Additional Cold Weather
Advisories may be needed.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
