Cold Weather Advisory issued January 29 at 10:52AM EST until January 29 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Very cold temperatures as low as 5 to 15 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin
is exposed to these temperatures.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
