Cold Weather Advisory issued January 28 at 1:20AM EST until January 29 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills 10 to 15 below zero expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 1 AM to 10 AM
EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
