Cold Weather Advisory issued January 27 at 3:09PM EST until January 28 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or
frostbite if precautions are not taken.
If you must go outside, dress in layers. Several layers of clothes
will keep you warmer than a single heavy coat. Cover exposed skin to
reduce your risk of frostbite or hypothermia.
