Qualified tax payers that are over 65 years of age or disabled can apply to "freeze" the valuation on their property if the household income is under $44,200 per year. The application and instructions are attached to this notification, or on our website at www.currycountynm.gov. Please call our office at 575-763-5731 for any additional questions.
