On April 1st the Assessor's Office mails out the Notices Of Value to all property owners, which is a great opportunity to review the value we have placed on your property as well as ensure you are receiving the appropriate exemptions. Protesting the value of your property is due within 30 days of the mailing of the Notice of Value. Protest forms are available at www.currycountynm.gov or call the office at 575-763-5731
