Please be advised that a special guest will be passing through the Borough along Buffalo Road shortly.
Noah Coughlan is on a mission to run on foot across the United States, which he has done a handful of time, and is currently traveling along historic Route 20. He stayed in North East, PA yesterday and is heading west on Buffalo Road through Harborcreek.
His passage through the Borough is expected within the next hour or two.
