Cold Weather Advisory issued January 27 at 10:34AM EST until January 28 at 11:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 16 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result
in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
