...THE COLD WEATHER ADVISORY FOR THIS MORNING HAS EXPIRED...
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero expected
again tonight and early Wednesday.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills 10 to 15 below zero could result in
hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
