Extreme Cold Warning issued January 27 at 1:46AM EST until January 27 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Wilmington OH
* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast
and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and
west central Ohio.
* WHEN...For the Extreme Cold Warning, until noon EST today. For the
Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to noon EST
Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must
go outside.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
