Cold Weather Advisory issued January 27 at 1:27AM EST until January 27 at 1:00PM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills with values as low as 10 to 15 below
zero expected. Higher terrain should see the coldest wind chill
values.
* WHERE...Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike,
Southern Wayne, Susquehanna, and Wyoming Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 to 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
