Description
Curry County has joined the State of New Mexico in launching a Closed Loop Referral System (CLRS) designed to connect residents with social services that support their overall health and wellbeing.

Through the New Mexico Healthcare Authority, the state maintains an active subscription to findhelp, a CLRS platform that allows counties to participate at no cost. This system enables local organizations and service providers to collaborate and promote free or reduced-cost resources available to individuals and families within the community.

Residents can access the Closed Loop Referral System by visiting YesNMConnect.nm.gov and entering their zip code to search for available social services in Curry County. Service categories include food, housing, goods, transportation, health and care coordination, financial assistance, education, employment, and legal services.

“This initiative strengthens Curry County’s ability to better coordinate care across partners, streamline access and referral pathways, and ensure residents are connected to timely, appropriate supports within the community.” said Community Services Administrator Kristian Price.
