Cold Weather Advisory issued January 26 at 12:57PM EST until January 27 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 15 below expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero
could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
