Winter Storm Warning issued January 25 at 11:57PM EST until January 26 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
...IMPACTS FROM MAJOR WINTER STORM ARE WINDING DOWN AS THE LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM DEPARTS, BUT HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND MINOR
ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY MONDAY...
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3
inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
and northern West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.
