Description
Due to the current snow event, Burtner Road is closed between Dallas and Pleasantville because conditions are impassable. Please avoid this area. PennDOT is prioritizing primary roadways during the storm, and Burtner Road is classified as a secondary route. Travel is strongly discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
Harrison Township has declared a local emergency for the duration of the storm and cleanup. Public Works, Police, Fire, and EMS personnel are actively on duty and responding to emergencies. We sincerely thank all township staff and volunteers who are working in these difficult conditions.
Please check on neighbors who may need extra help during this time.
