expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Lincoln County, South Central Mountains, Curry
County, Roosevelt County, Chaves County Plains, and Southwest
Chaves County.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM MST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions.
