Good morning. Please be advised the Fairfield County Sheriff's Office has issued a level 2 snow emergency. Snow is expected to continue throughout the day, making road conditions even worse. A level 2 snow emergency means only travel if necessary. Please remove vehicles from the the roadway and/or right-of-way, so that our crews can treat your roads in a safe manner. If you go out, please make sure you keep a safe distance from the snow plows. We care about your safety, and the safety of our Road Department snow plow drivers.
