Winter Storm Warning issued January 25 at 5:36AM CST until January 25 at 12:00PM CST by NWS Fort Worth TX
* WHAT...Mixed Precipitation. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch and ice accumulations
around a tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Central Texas
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may
down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Very
slippery sidewalks as well as slick roads, bridges and overpasses
are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The bulk of the heavy precipitation is coming
to an end, however, impacts to travel and infrastructure will
continue.
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power

Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely
necessary, drive with extreme caution. Consider taking a winter
storm kit along with you, including such items as tire chains,
booster cables, flashlight, shovel, blankets and extra clothing.
Also take water, a first aid kit, and anything else that would help
you survive in case you become stranded.
