Cold Weather Advisory issued January 24 at 9:49AM EST until January 24 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Buffalo NY
Widespread wind chill values have climbed to levels where bitterly
cold wind chills are no longer expected, however a few pockets of
wind chills as low as 15 below zero are possible through the rest of
the morning. The Cold Weather Advisory will be allowed to expire.
