Update 1/23/25 9 PM:
Earlier this afternoon we learned that PennDOT was able to share 200 tons of road salt with the Borough. Borough crews are trucking the salt back to Plum so it will be available for use during the upcoming storm.
Thank you to our partner agencies: PennDOT, Allegheny County Emergency Services, and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency. Also, thank you to County Councilwoman Michelle Chapkis and PA State Representative Brandon Markosek for their guidance and assistance.
