A Note from the Mayor
Neighbors,
Please be advised that our area is preparing for a significant winter storm. As we all know, weather conditions can change, but at this time we are expecting heavy snow accumulations.
Please take time to prepare and plan accordingly. We ask that residents avoid parking vehicles on roads and side streets so our plow trucks can safely and efficiently clear the roadways. This also helps prevent vehicles from being buried by snow pushed aside during plowing.
Residents who live near a fire hydrant are kindly asked to help keep hydrants clear of snow and ice. In the event of an emergency, clear access to fire hydrants can make a critical difference for our fire department and the safety of our community.
Please remember to check on elderly neighbors, and make sure children and pets are kept safe and warm during the storm.
Thank you for looking out for one another and for your cooperation as we work to keep our community safe.
— Cynthia Franchitti
