Cold Weather Advisory issued January 23 at 2:37PM EST until January 24 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 below expected.
* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Perry, Schuylkill, and York Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in frostbite and
hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
If outdoors, dress in layers and cover exposed skin.
