Cold Weather Advisory issued January 23 at 12:59PM EST until January 24 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 10 below and 15 below zero
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western
Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result
in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
