Winter Storm Warning issued January 23 at 11:36AM EST until January 26 at 12:00PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA
* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 10 and
14 inches.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
West Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists
should use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.
