* WHAT...Heavy snow with significant accumulations likely.
* WHERE...Niagara, Livingston, Ontario, and Allegany Counties.
* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
Begin needed preparations at home or with your vehicle. Travel may
become difficult, so plan accordingly.
