Winter Storm Notice to Aspinwall Residents

A winter storm is anticipated this weekend, the Borough is taking steps to prepare and support residents.
As a precaution, Foxwall EMS will have a truck stationed in Aspinwall beginning Sunday morning to assist with emergency response needs.
In the event of a power outage, the Borough will open Fire Station #2 and/or the Borough Building as warming/heating stations for residents in need. If you require transportation to a heating station, please call 911.
Residents are encouraged to prepare ahead of time, including ensuring you have any necessary medical supplies and medications readily available. Please note that Foxwall EMS is unable to supply oxygen tanks, so residents who rely on oxygen should make arrangements in advance.
Updates and emergency information will be distributed via Facebook, Savvy Citizen, and Rave 911. If you are not signed up to receive emergency notices, please do so through the Borough website at www.aspinwallpa.gov.
