Cold Weather Advisory issued January 23 at 2:39AM EST until January 24 at 10:00AM EST by NWS State College PA
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected.
* WHERE...Juniata River Valley and Middle Susquehanna River Valley
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills approaching 20 below
zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are
not taken.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
